We often receive requests from customers unsure of the shirt they need due to the variety of fabrics, blends, and styles available.
If you send us a message with details about your requirements or the purpose of the apparel, we are happy to conduct research and suggest the best apparel for your needs. We’re here to be the experts in apparel, so you can focus on what you do best!
Once we’ve determined the best apparel option, kindly provide us with the artwork and its dimensions, along with the desired quantity of apparel. This information helps us choose the best decoration method for your apparel, be it screenprinting, heat transfers, or embroidery.
Upon receiving your details, we will send you a quote. Quotes are valid for 7 business days before reconfirmation is necessary for pricing and inventory. When ready to proceed, please email your account manager, who will send you an order acknowledgment.
The order acknowledgment is a formal document containing essential order details such as delivery and billing addresses, final quantity, pricing, and decoration information. Once approved, your order will be formally placed. Please note that cancellation post-approval is subject to a cancellation/restocking fee.
Before production begins, we will provide a proof of your decorated apparel for approval. Production only commences upon receiving your approval. Delays in artproof approval may affect the delivery date.
Upon shipping your order, we will send an alert, including a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
